Moss had an early working product, but its basic interface couldn’t support the complexity of doctors’ daily workflows. It needed to feel faster, clearer, and trustworthy enough for clinical use.

What was done

Redesigned the app and expanded it with features for patient histories, clinical documentation, custom templates, and AI-assisted workflows. This transformed Moss AI into a more complete and cohesive product.

The redesign touched nearly every layer of the product experience. This included a redesigned visual system, updated colors and typography, improved layout consistency, refined interaction patterns, and a more unified voice and tone across the platform. The goal was to make VWO feel simpler, more modern, and easier to use at scale.
